Emelia Brobby On Why She Divorced First Husband

Popular Ghanaian actress Emelia Brobbey has revealed that she parted ways with her former husband primarily because the latter was averse to her career in acting. “Initially he had no problem but later there were ups and downs so we came together agreed and parted ways”, she revealed. According to her, the husband did not show directly he disliked her acting career but things later manifested and they had to go their separate ways. She discounted claims that she cheated on her husband as reported by a section of the media reason for which both divorced. “It’s totally false I have never cheated on my husband. They just say it to tarnish my image. I have not cheated and I will not cheat. When I am in love I commit myself to it”, she told Naa Klordey on the Ultimate Brunch. On reports the ex-husband held a secret marriage ceremony with another woman; she said “I don’t know what they are talking about and i don’t want to know. Nobody contacted me and I am not aware where this is coming from” The screen goddess said she is currently seeing someone but will not disclose the identity of the person and whether or not if they plan getting married in the future.
