Contrary to what people say about the word of God, if you are a true believer and have had lapses or stumble long the way, _you will always get up and move forward_.
Although, Abraham was a friend of God, it is also clear that he had lapses of his faith. A honest look at his life would clearly show that he wasn't a perfect man but it is important to point out that even though he deviated occasionally from the straight and narrow path, he always came back.
There is one evidence that you are child of God, which is, *you feel convicted whenever you sin and you are never content with living in sin*.
I believe it is time for us as people of God, to Rise Up from every fall.
