BE BLAMELESS

Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; For the future of that man is peace. Psalm 37:37

In this crooked and perverse world, we get tempted to think that righteousness is a weakness. All around us, we see men and women who seem to get along well even though their lives and conduct are not acceptable before the Lord.

As a result, instead of standing as ambassadors of Christ to our world, many of us conform to the world.

God calls us to take a good look at the blameless man - or the person of integrity. He tells us that the future of such a person is peace. To have peace is to enjoy that fullness of life as God designed it. A blameless person will have a life of peace, Joy, health, safety, and prosperity. It is so rewarding to live a blameless life. Temporarily, the wicked and crooked may seem to get alone well but over time, the difference between the wicked and the blameless person will be clear.

If you feel that you have compromised your integrity and that the way things are in your life is not the way things should be, you can make a turnaround. You are not beyound God's help it is never too late to choose the path of righteousness. The truth is that you can't live on yesterday's integrity; nor should yesterday's mistakes keep holding you back. Integrity is for now. What you do today is crucial to what you will be in future.

Maintaining your integrity, or regaining your integrity, first starts with getting rid of your excuses, commeting to God's rules and doing things in order. This is what will enable you to recover the high standards that you have always desired to live by.

Prayer: Help me, Lord, to set my heart on you and live my life without blame.

Scriptural Reading: Psalm 37:34-40
