The Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Ebenezer Congregation, Abetifi donated food items to the Needy

FOOD ITEMS FOR THE NEEDY DONATED

The Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Ebenezer Congregation, Abetifi have donated food items to some of it's members in the Kwahu East District.

The Minister in Charge (Rev. Ben Owusu) said The Bible in Matthew 25:35 said "I was hungry and you feed me". Is upon this that the church together with some of it members decided to help the poor and needy in this time of the COVID -19 partial lockdown.

Speaking on behave of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana Ebenezer Congregation Abetifi Kwahu, Dr. Paul Kwakwa (Presbyter) said;
- By God's grace, and with the support from members of the church in the form of donations, Session yesterday gave some food items *(rice, tomato paste and cooking oil)* to over 120 members.
- This gesture is to lessen their difficulties in the unusual times we find ourselves.
- We are very appreciative for supporting this gesture. We say God bless you richly.
- The recipients are equally grateful.
- We are all still encouraged to extend some hands to the needy in our vicinity.
