But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: (KJV) ( Ephesians 4:15 )

There is a fine balance between extending someone grace while still being truthful towards sinful actions. The key phrase is to speak the truth in love. Isn't that what Christ did instead of condemning people? It's a constant struggle to master this delicate balance. Pray that God reveals to you the appropriate words and the most loving way to handle speaking the truth.
